To ensure a smooth and enjoyable process for both of us, please take a moment to read through the guidelines below (sorry it's a bit long, please bear with me)
My typical commission process follows these steps:1. Please contact me via email with your initial idea, including details like character references, desired style, and intended use.2. I will provide a price quote and an estimated timeline. Once you agree, I'll send a formal invoice.3. Payment & Scheduling: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your slot in my queue. The remainder is due before the final files are delivered.
I primarily accept payments via PayPal. For clients within China, please send me (@种地的阿甲) an invitation on 米画师 or 画加.4. I will provide 1-3 rough sketch compositions for your review and one round of major revisions.5. After sketch approval, I will move on to the colored sketch. You will receive updates at these stages for minor feedback.6. Once the final piece is approved and the remaining balance is paid, I will deliver the high-resolution files via email.
Client Rights:You receive the high-resolution final image for personal use, and you are not allowed to use the commissioned artworks for minting and selling as NFTs (unless commercial rights are purchased).You may not alter the commissioned artwork, claim it as your own, or use it for AI training/data sets.You may post the artwork online, clearly tagging the work as a commission piece or with a credit to me.
Artist Rights (My Rights):I retain all copyrights to the artwork, including the right to display it in my portfolio or on social media, with watermark upon the client's request.
Cancellation & Refunds:The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable as it reserves my time and covers work completed.If you cancel after the sketch is approved, no refund will be issued for the deposit.If I cancel the commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
